The Tahivilla Industrial Park, in Tarifa, launched by the Cádiz Free Trade Zone, is obtaining its fruits from the Consortium's marketing promotion plan and in recent months an occupation of 36.36% of the number of plots has been recorded. existing in the industrial enclave, which places the total occupation of plots at 40.7%.
The Free Trade Zone is boosting the marketing of this industrial land and the results have offered very positive figures, much more so considering that in the last year alone, half of the total sales have been recorded since it was put on the market.
The companies installed in the industrial estate, which has a total area of 23,627.86 m2 divided into 27 plots of different sizes, belong to various sectors, such as automotive, food, carpentry, veterinary, construction or agricultural material logistics, among others.
After the latest additions to the estate, the market analyzes carried out by the Consortium predict that the installation of the new companies could serve as a stimulus to promote activity in this industrial enclave located at the foot of national highway 340 and that complements the offer of industrial land in the municipality of Tarifa.
