The Cádiz Free Trade Zone attends the BWAW in Barcelona, ​​the reference event to promote equality in the company

The Cádiz Free Trade Zone is present this week at the 'Barcelona Woman Acceleration Week' (BWAW), an event organized by the Barcelona ConsorÇi and which in its fourth edition has established itself as a reference to give visibility to gender equality and address initiatives that allow progress in the promotion of women in the industrial and business field.

The delegate of the State in the Consortium, Fran González, has attended the official inauguration of the forum in the regional city, which has had the presence of the undersecretary of Hacienda, Pilar Paneque; the delegate of the Free Zone of Barcelona, ​​Pere Navarro; the mayor of Barcelona, ​​Jaume Collboni; INCYDE CEO Javier Collado; or the director general of the ConsorÇi, Blanca Sorigué, among others.

The event, which will be held until March 7 coinciding with the week of International Women's Day (8M), brings together 60 top-level national and international speakers in the unique D Factory Barcelona building, spread across 14 sessions of debate with a B2B approach, in which they will reflect on the presence of women in industry 4.0 fields and in the audiovisual environment, professional retraining in middle age, human resources management and gender equality in the legal or health field .
