During the meeting, both analyzed possible ways to resume and strengthen the lines of collaboration between the two entities, especially around projects linked to entrepreneurship, innovation and the Blue Economy, as well as the possible creation of an external chair or in the field specialized in mentoring and business advice where the UCA can be a relevant ally.
González and Mantell, who have been accompanied by the vice-rector for Entrepreneurship and Employability, Carmen Camelo, and the general director of Institutional Relations, Antonio Díaz, have agreed on the need to share synergies with the aim of attracting talent, creating entrepreneurship opportunities and, therefore, employment from the basis of research and the technological potential of the province of Cádiz, from the conviction that the development of technological knowledge and innovation are fundamental drivers for the creation of employment in the province.
