The Urban Planning Delegation of the Arcos City Council will be located in the Arcis building in the Free Zone

The State delegate in the Consortium, Fran González, and the mayor of the municipality, Isidoro Gambín, signed a contract yesterday by which the Consistory leases a total of 440m2 of the business center that will house this service along with other municipal offices as soon as possible

The building, located in the El Peral industrial estate, thus completes 100% occupancy of its offices and offices, leaving only a 655 m premises for sale.2 on the ground floor

Municipal services join other companies already established and that correspond to sectors as diverse as engineering, telecommunications, import and export and hospitality, among others.

The Arcis building in the Cádiz Free Trade Zone in the “El Peral” industrial estate in Arcos de la Frontera has reached 100% occupancy of its offices and offices with the arrival of the offices of the Urban Planning, Infrastructure and Environment Delegations of the Arcense City Council to this facility. It is worth remembering that these services abandon, in this way, the building on Avda. Miguel Mancheño, as it is in a dilapidated state.

This was signed yesterday by the State delegate in the State Consortium, Fran González, and the mayor of the mountain municipality, Isidoro Gambín, through an agreement that specifies that the City Council will occupy a total of 440m2, distributed in seven offices of 21 m2 approximately; four offices of between 36 and 84 m2; a 10m file2 ; and four storage rooms.

It is planned that the City Council will move the Urban Planning, Infrastructure and Environment services to the building, offering more modern and more comfortable facilities for both the staff and their users. It should be noted that they are bright spaces, equipped with office furniture and with the possibility of using common spaces as a meeting room.

In addition, this business center has the added value that the rental of these offices and offices includes the use of parking spaces in the same building (underground), cleaning, IBI and the expenses of the common areas.

With the installation of these municipal offices, the Arcis business center only keeps open the marketing of a 655 m commercial premises2, strategically located even more so from now on with these municipal offices on the upper floor. Thus, on the first floor of the building, where the offices, offices, archives and meeting room are located, the aforementioned municipal offices join other firms that had already opted for this business facility since its opening, from sectors as diverse as engineering services, telecommunications, import and export and hospitality, among others.

For the State delegate in the Free Trade Zone of Cádiz, Fran González, the installation of municipal offices in the Arcis building "collects the fruits of institutional collaboration and also culminates months of work between the technicians of both administrations. The Arcis building is a new example of a business center with more functional spaces, with good services and a strategic location that is well received by the business community. In this case, the productive fabric of SMEs and self-employed workers already installed will coexist alongside a public Administration that will provide service to citizens, forming a versatile center that responds to the needs of the area.”
