The Consortium and the Dutch entity have signed the deeds of sale today, transferring ownership of the land and facilitating its development.
This operation represents an economic amount of 7.5 million for the Free Trade Zone, of which 4.5 million are cash and the remainder will be contributed to an urbanized plot for hotel development.
The Cádiz Free Trade Zone has today successfully completed the sale and purchase operation of the Tiro Janer Industrial Estate in San Fernando to Ten Brinke Desarrollos S.L. after the signature carried out by the State delegate, Fran González, and those responsible for the Dutch firm, which transfers ownership of the land to the company and facilitates their development.
This operation signed today represents a total economic value for the Free Zone of 7.5 million euros, the amount of the award approved in December 2018 by the Executive Committee, 4.5 of which will be in cash and the rest will be contributed through an urbanized plot for hotel development.
The formalization of the sale has been delayed due to various administrative issues and delays, although this represents the completion of the processing and ownership of the land of the Dutch company.
The Janer land has a surface area of 65,501 m2 and, according to urban planning determinations, it is planned to house economic activities that could include a commercial park for medium-sized areas around a central parking core; an office building compatible with hotel use; and other industrial-tertiary uses.
