The Executive Committee meeting this morning has approved the incorporation of the Consortium, which will collaborate in promoting actions to promote equal opportunities between women and men
The Free Trade Zone of Cádiz will join the Andalusian Network of Conciliation Entities (RAEC) promoted by the Andalusian Women's Institute of the Government of Andalusia, after the Executive Committee of the Consortium has approved its incorporation at its meeting this morning.
By joining this network, in addition to collaborating in the actions designated by the RAEC, the Consortium aims to give visibility to the work carried out in the Free Trade Zone to create ideal conditions for the promotion of equal opportunities between women and men in the workplace. In fact, the management team of the Free Zone complies with parity and is currently made up of three men and three women, while among the middle managers we also find 50% women.
The Andalusian Network plans to develop actions that are promoted by collaborating entities that contribute to the design of favorable scenarios so that men and women can reconcile their professional and personal lives in a balanced and co-responsible manner.
The RAEC works, through the adhesion and active participation of public and private entities and organizations, so that through a collaborative work platform, strategic lines can be designed and developed to improve conciliation and co-responsibility in the work and private spheres.
The Andalusian Women's Institute (IAM), as the body in charge of coordinating equality policies in the Government of Andalusia, is developing this network to promote conciliation and co-responsibility of the professional and private lives of men and women.
