An excavation company is installed in the Tahivilla Industrial Estate in the Free Trade Zone

The Consortium is promoting the commercialization of this industrial enclave in the municipality of Tarifa within the framework of the new strategy to reinforce the Business Promotion and Foreign Trade Area

The marketing reinforcement plan launched by the Cádiz Free Trade Zone in the last quarter of 2020 is giving positive results in the facilities throughout the province and has given a boost to the marketing of the Tahivilla Industrial Estate, in Tarifa, where it has reactivated the installation of companies.

Specifically, the company AMG Excavaciones has leased one of the plots, where they will carry out the construction project of their warehouse on an area of more than 300 m.2, industrial equipment that will cover the offices and base of operations of this firm.

The Consortium anticipates that the installation of this company could serve as a stimulus to promote activity in this industrial enclave located at the foot of National Highway 340 and which has a total area of 40,564 m2. In addition, it complements the industrial land in the municipality of Tarifa.

Entrepreneurs interested in accessing this industrial space can benefit from discounts such as discounts on rental income and lease with purchase option for the first year of 20% in the first year and 10% in the second, as long as they are newly established companies or are relocating due to the expansion of the company that was already installed in the Free Trade Zone. An improvement in price will also be enjoyed depending on the creation of jobs.
