The Cádiz Free Trade Zone continues to take steps in its commitment to offering solutions to the demand for attractive productive spaces for investment by companies in the Campo de Gibraltar. With this premise, the Executive Committee held today at the Consortium's Headquarters has given the green light to the conditions to release public offer the sale of plot T-5.1 located in the Marismas de Palmones Business and Technology Park, in the municipality of Los Barrios.
It is an urban land for industrial use located on Avenida de los Empresarios with an area of 5,568.33 m.2 and has a buildable area of 33,069 m2 and a maximum height of 25 meters. It is, therefore, a tertiary space with compatible dimensions and characteristics so that private investment can promote and adapt a business project on said land in a strategic area in the municipality of Barreño.
It must be remembered that the Consortium is the owner of this plot within the framework of the joint agreement signed in 2015 between Zona Franca and Los Barrios City Council by which the fiscal institution carried out the comprehensive improvement of the Palmones Business Park as a center of economic activities. of the Bay of Algeciras.
The sale of this productive space is part of the new line of management that the Free Trade Zone is promoting to enhance marketing of its entire offer of diversified spaces in the province that respond to the current needs of the business sector. The Consortium adds this option of 5,568.33 m2 of industrial land available for the business community to its largest project in the region, which is the new Bahía de Algeciras tax area, also in the municipality of Los Barrios and which will offer a strategic productive space with 130,000 m2 with all the tax advantages and customs procedures inherent to this type of premises and with pioneering security measures throughout the country.
