Fran González thus reaffirms his idea of promoting collaboration between administrations to facilitate the development of projects.
The State delegate in the Cádiz Free Zone, Fran González, has intensified his presence in Campo de Gibraltar today with a new day of work in the region, which has included meetings with the president of the Port Authority of the Bay of Algeciras, Gerardo Landaluce, with the mayor of Algeciras, José Ignacio Landaluce, with the president of the Commonwealth of Municipalities of Campo de Gibraltar, Juan Lozano, and with the president of the Campo de Gibraltar Chamber of Commerce, Carlos Fenoy.
The new person in charge of the fiscal area thus reaffirms his commitment to the region and his firm commitment to collaboration between administrations, also involving economic and social agents, with the aim of promoting and carrying out fundamental and necessary projects for the province in general and the region in particular.
During today's session, Fran González met with the president of the APBA, with whom he discussed issues of common interest focused above all on the implementation of the Los Barrios tax precinct which, sharing synergies with the port of Algeciras, will turn the entire area into a first-rate logistics focus.
The Free Trade Zone delegate held an institutional meeting with the mayor of Algeciras, with whom he spoke about the different projects that the Consortium has developed in the municipality, where two office buildings are operating, Almanzor and Nexus, and has industrial land in Cortijo Real.
After a tour of the facilities that the Documentary Services of the Free Zone have in Algeciras, Fran González, met with the president of the Commonwealth of Municipalities of Campo de Gibraltar, Juan Lozano, to conclude the day with a meeting with the president of the Chamber of Commerce of Campo de Gibraltar, Carlos Fernoy.
With everyone he has underlined the commitment of Zona Franca to the region in a decisive stage with the launch of the new tax precinct, a milestone of great importance for the Campo de Gibraltar and which responds to a repeated demand by companies and organizations in the area for many years.
