After the consensus reached, the community of owners will be formed and a budget will be prepared
The accounts will include the services necessary to comply with the cleaning, maintenance and security of the facility
The Free Trade Zone of Cádiz and the residents of the Loreto neighborhood have managed to reach an agreement on underground parking, a situation that has been blocked for 15 years. This prevented, among other things, the creation of a community of owners, a necessary point to resolve issues of great importance for day-to-day life such as cleanliness, security and maintenance.
Finally, both parties, after a meeting held yesterday, have managed to reach an agreement by which, in addition to proceeding to establish the community and appoint the positions, a complete budget will be prepared that will include the services necessary to comply with the minimum standards of cleaning, maintenance and security. The terms of the agreement reached would also allow a significant reduction in the quota.
The Consortium, which has the parking concession from the City Council, has been working on this agreement for months to resolve the conflict, which has lasted 15 years and has even led to it being judicialized for a time.
The Cádiz Free Trade Zone built the Loreto underground car park, which came into operation in 2005. It has a total of 464 spaces, of which 181 are already sold.
The Consortium has recently launched a marketing campaign for its underground car parks in the capital – Glorieta, Carranza and Loreto – that includes lower rates and different promotions, such as a free month for one-year subscriptions and spaces for sale from 10,740 euros plus VAT.
