Zona Franca awards the sale of the Janer Tiro Industrial Estate in San Fernando to a company specialized in its development

The international firm Ten Brinke Desarrollos has been the winner for 7,610,000 euros, after approval this morning by the Executive Committee of the Consortium

The Executive Committee of the Free Trade Zone of Cádiz has approved in its meeting this morning the sale to the company Ten Brinke Desarrollos S.L. of the Janer Shooting Range in San Fernando, once the Public Offer period ended on November 28 and the documentation presented was analyzed.

The international firm, with headquarters in Holland, Germany and Great Britain, as well as Spain, and specialized in the promotion and construction of parks and shopping centers, has been awarded this land for an amount of 7,610,000 euros.

It must be remembered that this new public offer was approved by the executive committee on October 24 and published in the Official State Gazette (BOE) on October 27, modifying the previous bases published last April, when the tender was submitted. a single company that was finally rejected for not complying with the requirements established in the Specification.

These lands have an area of ​​65,501 m2 and, according to urban planning determinations, it is planned to house economic activities that could include a commercial park for medium-sized areas around a central parking core; an office building compatible with hotel use; and other industrial-tertiary uses.

The intention of the Free Trade Zone has always been the development of this commercial park on land that is highly attractive to investors, strategically located and with great potential and important impact on the economic activity and employment of the entire area.

The State delegate, Victoria Rodríguez, already informed the mayor of San Fernando, Patricia Cavada, in the meeting held in September that this project was going to be thoroughly discussed and the best alternative for its correct development was going to be sought.
