The public offer is available on the Consortium website and interested parties have until November 27 to submit their proposals.
This equipment, which is put on the market as a single facility, has a total of 730 m2 distributed over three floors and is attached to the San Agustín building, rehabilitated by Zona Franca and located in the center of the municipality.
The Cádiz Free Trade Zone has opened the public offer
OP 10/18 for the marketing of the Las Caballerizas business building, which the Consortium developed in the heart of Jerez de la Frontera and which is attached to the Convento San Agustín building, whose rehabilitation and recovery as a business center was also carried out by the Cádiz institution.
The bases, rates and plans are published on the Consortium website www.zonafrancacadiz.com starting this Wednesday and interested parties will have until November 27 to present their offers, which will be opened the next day.
The building, which in this public offer is put on the market as a single facility, has a total area of 730.49 m2 distributed over three floors. The ground floor has 302 m2, the first floor has 227 m2 and the second floor has 200 m2.
The rules state that first-time companies, that is, those that are installing for the first time in Free Trade Zone facilities, will have a bonus of 20% in the first year and 10% in the second, as long as the contracts have a minimum duration of one year.
The possibility of enjoying special conditions is also planned in the event that renovation works are required to be carried out on the facilities, which include furniture, to begin carrying out the activity.
This building is part of a business complex that the free zone developed in the center of Jerez, recovering an old convent for use as a business center. With the work of Rehabilitation Zone Free has recovered a building built in the seventeenth century and of great historical and architectural value, including the cistern that came to light with the works and that is dated in 1690.
