Victoria Rodríguez and Jose Luis Blanco agree in highlighting that the new Las Aletas project must be a key piece for future development
The president of the Port Authority of the Bay of Cádiz, José Luis Blanco Romero, received this morning the institutional visit of the State delegate of the Free Trade Zone of Cádiz, Victoria Rodríguez Machuca.
This first meeting is part of the intention of both institutions to consolidate and strengthen the relationship of collaboration and dialogue between both organizations, given that they share the interest in boosting the economic and social development of the environment and there are several issues of interest for the future of the Bay in which the Port and Free Trade Zone can go hand in hand.
Among the main common challenges addressed, it is worth highlighting the participation of the Port Authority and the Free Zone in the new Las Aletas project, which should be the key piece of future development.
As is known, the Port of the Bay of Cádiz has a dock within the fiscal area, with two docks dedicated to commercial merchandise traffic and nautical sports facilities currently under concession to the city council.
