The Free Zone opens the public offer of the land of the Polygon Shot Janer of San Fernando

The intention of the Consortium is for a developer specialized in this type of activities to develop the commercial park project, with an area of 65,500 m2.

The State delegate, Alfonso Pozuelo, has informed the island mayor, Patricia Cavada, about the start of the marketing process

The Executive Committee of the Free Zone already approved this sale operation in a session held last March

In response to the questions of the Ciudadanos deputy, Javier Cano, on this topic, the Consortium already answered all the questions a month ago

The Free Trade Zone of Cádiz has issued a Public Offer for the sale of the land at the Tiro Janer Industrial Park in San Fernando, with the aim of having a specialized developer, with technical and economic solvency and experience in tertiary real estate developments, assume the development of this Commercial Park in the island municipality.

The Special Delegate of the State, Alfonso Pozuelo, has informed the mayor of San Fernando, Patricia Cavada, about the beginning of the commercialization procedure for this land, strategically located and with great potential with a significant impact on the economic activity and employment of the entire area, in the context of full collaboration between administrations that has always prioritized the Free Trade Zone.

This land has a surface area of 65,501 m2 and, according to urban planning determinations, is planned to house economic activities that could include a commercial park for medium-sized areas around a central parking core; an office building compatible with hotel use; and other industrial-tertiary uses.

The Executive Committee of the Cádiz Free Trade Zone already authorized the sale of the land last March, the minimum price of which has been established at 7,535,861.44 euros, and in fact there have been several investors who have shown their interest in carrying out this project.

The Public Offer includes the work carried out by Zona Franca in the pre-marketing of several plots, with two top-level firms from the food and hospitality sectors that have already committed to the project with two plots of 3,000 m2 and 1,044 m2 respectively. This may encourage other companies to set up shop in the park, since both companies generate an intense flow of customers.

The Consortium has always been committed to the development of Janer, considering that the development of this park is fundamental for the growth of the economic activity of San Fernando and the entire Bay, for the creation of employment and wealth that will be generated by the companies that are located there, which it considers important that an entity with extensive experience in this type of activities be the one who carries out the project.

On the other hand, it should be noted that in relation to the question asked to the Free Trade Zone of Cádiz by the national deputy of Ciudadanos, Javier Cano, about the sale of these lands, the Consortium already gave a complete response to it more than a month ago.
