A new company dedicated to the cleaning sector is installed on the first floor of the Business Center

The commercialization of the Nexus Business Center in the Free Zone in Algeciras is progressing at a good pace. This Thursday, the Consortium's Contracting Board awarded a new module on the first floor of the building to a company dedicated to the cleaning sector, which it had opted for through the OP Permanent Public Offer. 09/16.
With this new company, the occupancy of the Nexus building now exceeds 1,180 m2 marketed, a figure that confirms the good reception of the business community for this modern equipment, which involved an investment of 6.5 million euros – co-financed with funds requested in the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013 –.
The sectors of the companies installed in the property range from transport and security, maritime transport and ship agents, to insurance, quality control and certification, advertising and marketing and business advice, which occupy different modules that adapt to their needs and range between 23 m2 and the 145 m2.
Within the range of spaces offered by the Nexus building, the Business Center offices are sold fully furnished and include cleaning, reception service, WIFI, use of a meeting room and access to a parking space.
