The day was inaugurated by the subdelegate of the Government in Cádiz, Javier de Torre and featured the presentation of Miguel Gómez, delegate of Economy and Finance in Cádiz.
This initiative is aimed at all Delegation staff in the province in order to exchange systems and work methods, create teams and unite tools to provide more effective services.
The Special Delegate of the State in the Free Trade Zone of Cádiz, Jorge Ramos, participated this morning in a Work Day of the Delegation of Economy and Finance of Cádiz in which, over five presentations, different approaches to the services or activities developed from this delegation in the province have been discussed, which has two offices, one in Cádiz and the other in Jerez de la Frontera.
Ramos gave the first presentation of the morning and was presented by the delegate of Economy and Finance in Cádiz, Miguel Gómez. Previously, the day was inaugurated by the subdelegate of the Government in Cádiz, Javier de Torre.
The objective of this initiative is to exchange services or activities developed by the different sections of the delegation to unite systems, create work teams and thus carry out a more appropriate use of personal and material resources. For this reason, the day was aimed at all the staff of the delegation, which has 95 personnel in the province.
In this context, the delegate of Zona Franca Cádiz has taken a tour of the operation of the Fiscal Institution, the projects and activities it carries out and those it faces in the coming years, based on the conviction that Zona Franca is one of the economic engines of the province.
Ramos has reviewed the investments made by Zona Franca in the last almost five years, more than 178 million, and the main actions carried out - such as business centers or industrial facilities -, making special mention of the extension and expansion to tax precincts in different municipalities of the province and which is already a reality in the capital of Cadiz with the inclusion of the land of the old Altadis to the tax precinct.
The delegate of the Cádiz Free Trade Zone has valued the work of the Economy Delegation in Cádiz and has appealed for maintaining collaboration between institutions in order to carry out projects to benefit the socioeconomic development of the province.
It should be remembered that in the development of its management, Zona Franca has direct contact with the Economy Delegation in different areas and, in addition, Miguel Gómez is a member of the Plenary Session of the Consortium.
