A mechanical workshop will be installed in a 230 m2 warehouse at the Los Isletes Industrial Estate in the Cádiz Free Trade Zone in San José del Valle after the Consortium's Contracting Board awarded this equipment this morning.
In the summer, the Free Zone reactivated the marketing of the facilities located in this industrial estate and this has been reflected in the activity registered in this industrial space, where advantageous marketing conditions have been implemented, with important bonuses and 10-year payment facilities, among others.
The warehouses, with careful aesthetics and qualities, have surfaces that adapt to the different needs of the business community and range between 230 and 478 m.2. For these sizes, rental prices vary from €1.28 to €2.26/m.2/month; while for the purchase the amount is between €357.87 and €505.2/m2.
The variation in the price, which has registered a significant drop compared to the market in the area, depends on the location of the warehouse in question and its situation in the complex and in the Industrial Estate, taking as reference the entrance to it from the road.
The Los Isletes industrial estate, which has a total area of 31,042 m2, is located north-west of the urban center of San José del Valle, close to the municipal cemetery, and is located on the left bank of the Los Isletes highway.
