The company occupies almost 10,000 m2 in sector 8 of the Polygon
The Consortium has completed the occupation of plots in Los Pastores temporarily until the procedures to implement the Tax Precinct in this industrial enclave are completed.
The Transport and Logistics company Paublete, which operates as a customs agent, ship consignee and merchandise storage, has consolidated its presence in the Los Pastores Industrial Estate that the Cádiz Free Trade Zone has in Algeciras, where it occupies a total of almost 10,000 m2 of this industrial enclave.
Paublete is a family business group born in 1924 in the city of Ceuta, and originally dedicated to the transit of goods between the Iberian Peninsula and Ceuta, currently being a benchmark as a comprehensive logistics operator.
This company locates its headquarters in the Bahía de Algeciras Port and has branches in Spain (Algeciras, Ceuta and Santander) and Morocco (Tangier and Tangier Med); developing its activity throughout the European Union and North Africa.
Zona Franca Cádiz has already completed the occupation in the Los Pastores Industrial Estate, although this is carried out temporarily until the procedures to establish the Tax Precinct on said land are completed, a project that is already very advanced and in which Zona Franca and Algeciras City Council are working together.
In fact, once the final approval of the General Urban Planning Plan of Algeciras (PGOU) is resolved, Zona Franca will be able to proceed with the drafting of the Urbanization Project for a fiscal and customs area of 125,000 m2, which will form a large area with productive spaces for the implementation of new companies and the attraction of investments, which generate economic activity and employment for the area.
