Marítima Dávila Cádiz has valued the recent rehabilitation of the Atlas building facilities, modernized at the beginning of this year to bring it into line with the recent business centers launched by the Consortium.
The work carried out, co-financed by funds requested in the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013, included the replacement of the façade cladding, the enclosing structure of the staircase, which had lost its insulating properties over the years; a new air conditioning system; automatic facility control system; LED lighting and photovoltaic panels, among other improvements.
