It seems imminent that the City Council will receive the development adjacent to the Business Center, which will allow electrical connection to this building.
The Consortium plans to give new impetus to the marketing process and begin activity in the building shortly.
The Horizonte building has 15 offices that can be hired fully furnished from €145/month, once the relevant discounts have been applied.
The facility also has 7 stores, of which 4 are already commercialized.
The Cádiz Free Trade Zone requested this Monday from the Vejer City Council the first occupation license for the Horizonte Business Center located in that Janda town, where the Consortium hopes to be able to start the activity shortly and thus fulfill the commitment made with the business sector of this municipality of La Janda.
It seems imminent, according to the Vejer City Council, the reception of the urbanization works of the industrial estate in which the Zona Franca building is located, which will allow the electrical connection to the transformer and consequently be able to supply it with electrical energy.
Zona Franca built this building in record time, as well as its connections with the aforementioned urbanization, which apparently have not been completed within the expected deadlines and this has meant not being able to carry out the electrical connections, also executed by Zona Franca and processed before the electrical supply company and Industry.
Once some pending procedures have been resolved and waiting for the first occupancy document, Zona Franca plans to give a strong boost to the process of marketing the equipment, made up of 15 offices and 7 premises, of which 4 are already marketed.
All offices, one of them also occupied, have an area of 17.63 m2 and can be contracted for €145/month once the additional bonuses are applied, since interested parties can access discounts on rental income of 20% in the first year and 10% in the second. The rates for the offices include complete furniture, cleaning, and expenses for common areas.
In addition, the building has 6 premises on the ground floor of 51 m2 that can be rented for €250/month and a semi-basement premises of 313 m2, which can be rented for €1,002/month with the first year's bonus.
This important infrastructure for the business fabric of Vejer involved a total investment of 2.3 million euros, co-financed by Funds requested within the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013 and was inaugurated last spring by the Minister of Employment, Fátima Báñez, who highlighted the business and entrepreneurial activity that the building will house.
The Horizonte Business Center, which is the result of institutional collaboration between Zona Franca and the Vejer City Council, is a modern facility of more than 2,000 m2 of surface, with a design of pure and white volumes, in line with its surroundings and designed for young entrepreneurs in the area to develop their activity in a work, modern and professional environment.
