Free Zone puts its business complex in the San Agustín convent in Jerez

The State delegate, Jorge Ramos, attended the open day held on Monday, which has gathered a good number of Jerez in the restored facilities

The Free Zone of Cádiz has today put the San Agustín building and the Annex Business Center Las Caballerizas in Jerez de la Frontera, with an open day that has been held in the morning and has congregated in the restored building to a Good number of Jerez.

The State delegate in the Free Zone, Jorge Ramos, was present at the opening and greeted some of the attendees to the day, showing their satisfaction because more than 4,500 m2 of quality facilities have been put on the market, at the same time that the historic building has been respected and restored.

Jorge Ramos had words of recognition for all those involved in this performance, for the "well done work", with which an "architectural jewel" that involves a milestone for the city and that gives a debt that a free zone has been valued I had with Jerez.

The delegate of the Free Zone explained that the rehabilitation works and the creation of this business complex combines tradition and modernity and creating a productive space focused on covering the needs of the entrepreneurs and self -employed of the city, with a total of 55 offices with surfaces ranging between 15 and 94 m2 that adapt to the needs of companies and liberal professionals.

The rehabilitation works, which also included the redevelopment of Puerto Street, have involved an investment of six million euros, co-financed by funds requested in the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013.
