The Free Trade Zone of Cádiz hopes to have in the coming days the first occupation license for the 14 warehouses of the Palmones business incubator, in Los Barrios, after the Consortium requested the aforementioned document from the City Council once the electrical issue has been resolved.

The Cádiz Free Trade Zone has already signed the agreement to transfer to Endesa the Transformation Center that the Consortium has built and which was necessary to supply the nursery and the electricity company will proceed in the coming days to connect the 14 warehouses to the network.

The occupancy of the 14 warehouses that make up the Palmones business incubator, built in collaboration with the Campo de Gibraltar Chamber of Commerce and the Incyde Foundation, is 100% and they house companies belonging to various sectors, such as air conditioning, courier services, industrial laundry, distribution of electronic elements, renovations, children's entertainment or maintenance.

The 14 warehouses, which have responded to a strong demand for this type of facilities for entrepreneurs throughout the region, have involved a total investment, excluding the cost of the land, of 1,850,000 euros, co-financed by funds requested in the Feder Operational Framework 2007-2013.
