The marketing of the Nexus Business Center in the Free Zone in Algeciras is advancing day by day. This morning, the Consortium's Contracting Board awarded a module on the first floor of the building to Kimau Estudio, to develop a graphic and digital production activity, a module it opted for through the OP Permanent Public Offer. 09/16.
This company has a team of designers and programmers specialized in graphic design and digital production to provide creative solutions to companies and agencies through digital design: Web design and programming, banner campaign and Mobile Web App; and graphic design: Branding, illustration, art direction, typography; editorial production and posters, among others.
The graphic and digital production services are added to the activity that the building already hosts among the more than 15 companies installed, which cover various sectors such as Maritime Transport, Ship Agent, Insurance, Quality Control and Certification, Advertising and Marketing, Transport and Security, among others, occupying different modules that adapt to their needs and ranging between 23 m2 and the 145 m2.
This company has valued its strategic location and modern facilities for its location in the Nexus Business Center, which are generating interest in the business community in the area, a fact that is confirmed by the Commercial Department of the Free Trade Zone, which receives a good number of requests for information from companies interested in some of the spaces available in the Nexus.
This good reception from the business community means that more than 1,050 m2 of the Nexus Business Center are now on the market, a response that demonstrates the suitability of the implementation of this equipment, which has involved an investment of 6.5 million euros – co-financed by funds requested within the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013.
