The Consortium has taken Public Offers in this land temporarily until the procedures for implementing the fiscal enclosure culminate
The Free Zone of Cádiz has awarded a plot of 11,306 m2 in the Polygon of the shepherds in Algeciras to a company dedicated to the repair and sale of maritime containers and that thus expands its presence in this soil, it already had another annexed plot of 12,914 m2.
The presence of this company on the lands of the shepherds occurs after the free zone would take these spaces to public offer, which will house the fiscal enclosure of the Free Zone in Algeciras as soon as the procedures that are being carried out for it are completed.
Meanwhile, the free zone is working for the processing to advance and that the new enclosure can be a reality in 2017, for which it is necessary to urgently address the urbanization and external enclosure of surveillance of the Free Free Zone and Customs.
The Free Zone and the City of Algeciras maintain a close collaboration to carry out the development of a fiscal and customs enclosure of more than 150,000 m2 in the city that, in addition, will complement the port of the Bay of Algeciras and will form a large area with productive spaces for the implementation of new companies and the attraction of investments, which generate economic activity and employment for the area.
