The Free Trade Zone of Cádiz advances in the commercialization of the set of 28 nest warehouses developed in the Villa de Rota Business Park. This Thursday, the Contracting Board of the Fiscal Institution awarded the company Náutica José Mari a 210 m warehouse2, once your application has been submitted in the Permanent Public Offer OP 3/16, referring to the warehouses in Rota.
The firm is dedicated to the exhibition, repair and maintenance of pleasure boats and specializes in fiber treatments and repair of inflatables.
With this company, the marketing of the set of 28 warehouses exceeds 75% occupancy, housing companies from various sectors such as goldsmithing, renewable energy, food, security, construction or telephony, among others.
Furthermore, it is worth remembering that another of the warehouses in this complex, specifically warehouse 28 of 586 m2 of surface, houses the business incubator of the CEEI Bahía de Cádiz, inaugurated last spring.
The good reception by the business community confirms the suitability of having carried out this action in the municipality of Rota by Zona Franca and with the support of the Government of Spain through the Reindus Funds of the Ministry of Industry and Energy.
The set of nest warehouses developed by Zona Franca in Rota is made up of four modules with similar characteristics that are distributed symmetrically on a 5,350 m plot.2, located at the entrance to the city next to the access roundabout on Liberty Avenue. Each module is made up of seven naves, one larger in the corner and six in between, all of them composed of a ground floor and a mezzanine.
