Jorge Ramos has highlighted the profound change that has occurred in the image and activity of Zona Franca since he took office at the beginning of 2012.

The State delegate in the Free Zone, Jorge Ramos, was interviewed live today on the program Las Mañanas de Cope Cádiz, a program that was broadcast from the Atlas Building of the Interior Facility of the Free Zone. The person responsible for the program at the provincial level, Fernando Crespo, directed the magazine offered from the attic floor of the recently remodeled building.

Jorge Ramos has explained the great change that has occurred in the Consortium since he took office at the beginning of 2012 and has described the great extension and expansion project carried out by the Cádiz Free Trade Zone in the capital and in other municipalities such as Los Barrios, Algeciras or La Línea.

The Free Trade Zone delegate explained the customs and tax advantages enjoyed by companies located in the Tax Precinct, whose number will now multiply with the new tax precincts, which already have companies interested in settling in them.

At this point, he has stressed the importance of already having companies in the new tax precincts in El Fresno, Los Barrios, and especially in Cádiz, where the Fricking company is already operating and will soon occupy more than 13,000 m2 Alestis, the aeronautical components manufacturing company that recently announced its installation for this summer.

The delegate of the Free Trade Zone, who thanked the Government of Spain for its support, pointed out his permanent work to promote economic activity and job creation, something that the Free Trade Zone tries to encourage by creating infrastructure that facilitates the establishment of companies, and referred to the more than 70,000 m2 offered by the network of business centers of the Free Trade Zone throughout the province of Cádiz.

During the program, the head of Customs, Francisco Piñero, has also been interviewed, who has offered his point of view on the current intense activity in the Free Trade Zone, with the traditional customs and tax advantages.
