On June 17, 2016; At 1:00 p.m. on the first call and at 1:30 p.m. on the second call, the Executive Committee of the Cádiz Free Zone Consortium must meet at its Headquarters, to meet, deliberate and adopt agreements on the matters contemplated in the following Agenda:
FIRST.- Hours CO-0189-2016-00-A. Works for the execution of the “PROJECT FOR ADAPTATION OF AERONAUTICAL LOGISTICS SERVICE SHIPS IN FORMER ALTADIS FACILITIES, CÁDIZ FREE ZONE” (Cádiz):
Proposal from the Contracting Board in application of section 2 of article 151 of Royal Legislative Decree 3/2011, of November 14 (TRLCSP), due to failure to complete the documentation requirement, prior to the award, to the UTE DRAGADOS-GRULOP 21.
Proposal for new award.
Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and Delegate of the State for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
