Altius, Customs Agent that offers comprehensive “door-to-door” logistics services, occupies a 145 m module2 on the second floor
Integrated into the Davila Group since 1999, this company is going to centralize its activities in the Campo de Gibraltar from the Nexus
The commercialization of the Business Center is progressing at a good pace and the Consortium has already awarded offices to 15 companies since the Public Offer was opened at the end of 2015.
Altius, a company that offers comprehensive “door-to-door” logistics services, is installed in the Nexus Business Center of the Free Trade Zone in Algeciras, once it has been awarded a 145 m module.2 on the second floor through the Public Offer opened by the Consortium to market the spaces available in said property.
This Customs Agent, integrated into the Davila Group – a leader in the Spanish maritime sector – will centralize from these offices in the Free Zone building all services related to the field of Logistics in the Foreign Trade sector, including maritime, air and land, documentation and insurance, among others.
Since its creation in 1999, Altius stands out for providing flexibility and experience to its clients' supply chain and is specialized in project loading and transport of refrigerated goods, both in Spain and internationally.
The installation of Altius in the Nexus Business Center joins that of other companies that have also been located in the building in recent weeks belonging to sectors such as Maritime Transport, Ship Shipping, Insurance, Quality Control and Certification, Advertising and Marketing, Transportation and Security. These companies occupy different modules that adapt to their needs and range from 23 m2 and the 145 m2.
In addition to these awards, the Free Trade Zone Commercial Department receives a good number of requests for information from companies interested in some of the spaces available in the Nexus, a modern business building with three floors and a basement, with a total area of 8,445, 59m2, with parking with capacity for 87 vehicles in the basement.
It should be remembered that the Nexus Building facilities will also be the institutional headquarters of the Consortium in the Region, occupying about 250 m2 of surface from where it will centralize the daily management, with proximity and operation, of the important projects and investments of the Free Zone in the Campo de Gibraltar, highlighting the expansion of its fiscal area to the municipalities of Los Barrios, Algeciras and La Línea.
The Nexus Business Center has involved an investment of 6.5 million euros – co-financed by funds requested in the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013 – with the aim of creating an important offer of spaces for entrepreneurs and liberal professionals. These offices are sold fully furnished from 209 euros per month, also including cleaning and the use of a parking space on a subscription basis.
