On May 17, 2016, at 10 a.m. on the first call and at 10:30 a.m. on the second call, the Plenary Session of the Cádiz Free Trade Zone Consortium must meet, at its Headquarters, to meet, deliberate and make agreements on the matters on the Agenda.
FIRST.- Reading and approval, if applicable, of the draft minutes of the sessions dated October 20, 2015 and January 12, 2016.
SECOND.- Supervision of agreements of the Executive Committee.
THIRD.- Approval of modification of rates for fiscal year 2016 and approval of rates for fiscal year 2017.
ROOM.- Report on modification of the publication of the Individual Accounts of the Cádiz Free Zone Consortium for the 2014 financial year.
QUINTO.- Authorization for the formalization of guarantees as a guarantee for financial products subscribed and to be subscribed by the investee company “Depósito Aduanero y Logístico Sur de Europa, S.L.” (DALSE). Delegation of powers to the President of the Executive Committee and Delegate of the State for the signing of all acts and contracts, public and private, that are necessary in execution of what has been agreed.
