The business incubator that the Cadiz Free Trade Zone, in collaboration with the Campo de Gibraltar Chamber of Commerce and the Incyde Foundation, has launched in the Marismas de Palmones Business and Technology Park, in Los Barrios, is now 100% complete. of occupation.
The 14 warehouses that make up this business incubator will house companies belonging to various sectors, such as air conditioning, messaging, industrial laundry, distribution of electronic elements, renovations, children's entertainment or maintenance, among others.
As with the Ubrique business incubator, also at 100% occupancy, with the same characteristics and also carried out in collaboration with the Cádiz Chamber of Commerce and the Incyde Foundation, the installation of the activities will be for a maximum of three years, in order for the projects to be strengthened and consolidated.
Zona Franca put the 14 warehouses out for Public Offer last December and in the selection criteria priority was given to newly created companies (less than two years old), the innovative nature of the offer, the creation of direct employment, the planned investment volume and the start of activity period, among others.
The 14 warehouses, which have responded to a demand from the entrepreneurial sector in the area, have involved a total investment, excluding the cost of the land, of 1,850,000 euros, co-financed by funds requested in the Feder Operational Framework 2007-2013.
The warehouses that make up the business incubator, whose work began in summer, have an area of between 212 and 226 m2 with an air-conditioned mezzanine and you could opt for one of them from 371 euros per month.
