The Cádiz Free Zone has carried out improvement works on the equipment to improve the habitability and comfort of users and thus encourage the establishment of entrepreneurs
The delegate of the Government in Andalusia, Antonio Sanz, and the delegate of the State in the Free Trade Zone, Jorge Ramos, inaugurate tomorrow, Thursday the 28th, at 6:30 p.m., the Poniente Business and Entrepreneurs Center, located in the Business Park of the same name in Cádiz, after the improvement and remodeling works that have been carried out to modernize it and improve its habitability and comfort to favor the implementation and strengthening of the fabric business in the city, in line with the new company buildings and business centers developed by Zona Franca in recent years.
The building's facilities are almost twenty years old, so they were deteriorated by the passage of time and required an improvement in both its façade and common areas.
The improvement project has included the replacement of the existing pavement with compact stoneware; façade painting and window sealing; the comprehensive renovation of the common areas and modules, the waterproofing of the entire building and the conditioning of the elevators, among other works.
Zona Franca put out to tender the works last November and awarded them to Construcciones Sánchez Domínguez Sando SA for an amount of 733,789.73 euros (VAT not included).
