The financial director of the Consortium participated in the jury's decision, which was made up of fifteen representatives from the business and institutional sphere.

The headquarters of the Confederation of Businessmen of the province of Cádiz last week hosted the meeting of the jury in charge of deciding the AJE Awards 2016 in the categories of Entrepreneurial Initiative y Business Career. In this new edition, more than twenty candidate companies and business projects have been presented, highlighting the high quality of the proposals presented.
The financial director of the Free Trade Zone, Camilo José Lara, was part of the jury, which was also made up of Jesús Belgrano, president of AJE Cádiz; the delegate of the Government of the Junta de Andalucía in Cádiz, Fernando López Gil; the delegate of Development and Employment, Gema Pérez Lozano; the general secretary of CEC, Carmen Romero; the provincial deputy for Employment of the Provincial Council of Cádiz, Ana Carrera; the director of the Chair of Entrepreneurs at the University of Cádiz, José Ruiz Navarro; the delegate of Development and Employment of the San Fernando City Council, Conrado Rodríguez; the provincial coordinator of IAJ, Milagrosa Gordillo López; the general secretary of AMEP, Adeina Moreno; the director of Business Banking at La Caixa in Cádiz, Luis Esteban Núñez; the director of Empresas Imparables, Ignacio Sánchez Cabanillas; as well as members of AJE Cádiz, the general secretary, Juan Antonio Martínez and previous winners of the AJE Awards, Javier Mejías, CEO of Buqueland and winner of Business Career 2014 and Alfredo Pérez, CEO of Ayudat-Pymes, company winner of the AJE Awards 2015.
It will be tomorrow Thursday, April 21, starting at 7:30 p.m., when the AJE Awards gala takes place at the San Romualdo castle, in San Fernando, and when the names of the winners are announced.
Over the last few years, these 2016 awards, sponsored by La Caixa and with the collaboration of the San Fernando City Council, Provincial Delegation of Economy and Employment, Puertoclean and Cádiz Mágico, have grown in number of applications and in qualitative terms in the scrutiny and assessment of the best and most innovative companies in the province. The high level of the companies, their commitment to innovation and technology and their consolidation in the market with high business figures, makes clear the potential of the young companies presented to these Awards.
It should be noted that around twenty companies have been presented promoted by young entrepreneurs from the province with an average age of 32 years and an important forecast of growth and job creation for this year since 70% of these companies plan to create jobs throughout 2016.
In this edition, the Association of Young Entrepreneurs of Cádiz has called the AJE Awards in the double modality of Entrepreneurial Initiative and Business Career under the motto “Young entrepreneurs, a lifestyle”, it wants to honor the young entrepreneurs of the province who have stood out for their ingenuity, their innovation and their passion. It is precisely these people who have left their comfort zone to carry out an entrepreneurial project, making it their lifestyle.
Last year, this association honored in Cádiz capital "young people who embark on the adventure of entrepreneurship, creating wealth and employment against adversity" and in which the company Ayudat-Pymes and Omniumlab were the winners. The winners of this provincial edition will be finalists for the regional AJE Andalusia award, whose presentation will be held in Almería on June 30.
