The commercialization of the Horizonte Business Center of the Cádiz Free Trade Zone in Vejer is progressing at a very good pace. The sectors of the awarded companies are Communications; Consulting and legal advice; Wellness and Rehabilitation; Insurance and Sports.
In addition to this good balance in the commercialization of the premises, one of the 15 offices that the Horizonte Business Center has on the first floor has also been awarded and, in parallel, more than 20 requests for information have been received about the available spaces, so the forecast of the Commercial Department of the Consortium is that the commercialization of the offices will continue at a good pace in the coming weeks. All offices have an area of 17.63 m2 which can be contracted for €145/month once the additional bonuses are applied, since interested parties can access discounts on rental income of 20% in the first year and 10% in the second. It is worth remembering that this important infrastructure for the business community of Vejer was inaugurated on March 3 by the Minister of Employment, Fátima Báñez, who highlighted the business and entrepreneurial activity that the building will host.
