The Government allocates more than 88 million euros to projects in the province of Cádiz, of which 61.77 are for the Bay of Cádiz and 26.28 for the Campo de Gibraltar region
The application submission period begins next April 18 and will be open until June 1
On March 4, the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism published the Call for Aid for Reindustrialization and Strengthening Industrial Competitiveness in 2016, which this year has a budget allocation for the province of Cádiz of a total of 88.05 million euros, of which 61.77 million are allocated to the Bay of Cádiz and 26.28 are for projects in the Region. of the Field of Gibraltar, all within the framework of financial support for industrial investment for the generation of employment and economic growth in the benefited areas and regions.
In total for all of Spain, the budget amounts to 757 million euros and the deadline for submitting applications begins on April 18 and will be open until June 1, for all investment projects carried out after January 1, 2016.
Among the types of actions supported are initiatives for the creation of industrial establishments; the transfer or change of location of a production activity to any point in the national territory; expansions of production capacity, through the implementation of new production lines in existing centers; and the improvements and/or modifications of existing production lines.
Aid for Reindustrialization is financial support for industrial investment and has as its main objective the promotion of industrial development through business improvement and the efficiency of productive sectors, paying special attention to those companies that incorporate advanced technologies in their products and processes, that generate qualified employment with the greatest possible contribution of added value and, ultimately, contribute to increasing the export base and the presence of Spanish products in other markets.
