The Horizonte Free Trade Zone Business Center in Vejer opens tomorrow

The building, the result of institutional collaboration between Zona Franca and the Vejer City Council, has formed a modern facility with pure, white volumes with more than 2,000 m2 for young entrepreneurs in the area.

The marketing of the building has been parallel to the completion of the works and five companies have already been awarded installations in the new facility, for which there are also five other applications

The Horizonte Building makes 15 offices, 2 rooms and 7 premises available to the business community in the area, as well as a coworking room.

The performance has been co-financed by funds requested within the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013

The Horizonte Business Center that the Free Trade Zone has developed in Vejer de la Frontera is now a reality. Tomorrow, Thursday afternoon, once the works are completed, this building located on Buenavista Avenue will be inaugurated and is the result of the loyalty and institutional collaboration between the Cádiz Consortium and the Vejeriego City Council.

The Horizonte Business Center has created a modern facility of 2,087.57 m2, with pure and white volumes, in accordance with its location and the architecture of its surroundings, designed and designed for young businessmen and entrepreneurs in the area to develop their activity, projecting itself into a modern and professional work environment ideal for the reactivation and consolidation of the fabric business of the region.

In parallel with the development of the works, Zona Franca has worked in recent months on the marketing of the new facilities, which have had a great response among the business community in the area and there are already five companies that have been awarded a space in the new building, while at least five others have submitted their applications to access the facilities through the Public Offer opened by the Consortium.

The building is equipped with 15 offices of 17.63 m2 and 3 rooms of 40 m2 y 59,13 m2, one of which is designed to provide coworking service, on the first floor. On the ground floor it has 6 premises of 51 m2 and a semi-basement premises of 313 m2. It is completed with a 660 m premises2 for municipal services, foreseeably for the Hospitality School.

It is worth remembering that the works, which began at the end of 2014 by the company ECISA, have involved a total investment of 2.3 million euros, co-financed by Funds requested within the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013.
