The 14 warehouses of the business incubator of the Marismas de Palmones Business and Technology Park that the Free Trade Zone, in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce and the Incyde Foundation, has carried out in Los Barrios will be inaugurated in the coming days, once the work is practically completed and the finishing touches are being made. A month before the completion of the work, there were already six companies that had presented their offers to the Free Trade Zone to access one of the spaces of this business incubator, which responds to the need for entrepreneurs and where priority will be given to newly created companies (less than two years), innovative nature, direct job creation, the planned investment volume and the start-up period of activity, among others.
The Cádiz Free Trade Zone, which plans to carry out a second phase, will also take into account in the selection process the Feder guidelines and regulations and the guidelines set by the Incyde Foundation, taking into account that the project has been developed with the co-financing of Feder Funds, in addition to the collaboration of the Campo de Gibraltar Chamber of Commerce and the Incyde Foundation.
The 14 warehouses that make up the business incubator, whose work began in summer, are intended to promote the entrepreneurial fabric of the Region and have an area of between 212 and 226 m2 with an air-conditioned mezzanine and you can opt for one of them from 371 euros per month.
