The 14 warehouses will be completed before the end of the year
The State delegate in the Free Trade Zone of Cádiz, Jorge Ramos, accompanied by the mayor of Los Barrios, Jorge Romero, managers of the company in charge of the work, San José Constructora, and technicians from the Consortium, made a technical visit on Tuesday to the construction site of the 14 warehouses of the business incubator of the Marismas de Palmones Business and Technology Park in Los Barrios.
There are already six companies that have presented their offers to the Free Trade Zone to access one of the spaces of this business incubator, whose work will be completed before the end of the year, which is developed in collaboration with the Campo de Gibraltar Chamber of Commerce and the Incyde Foundation.
The delegate of the Free Trade Zone was satisfied with the progress of the work and the response of the companies to opt for these facilities, for which priority will be given to newly created companies (less than two years), the innovative nature, the creation of direct employment, the volume of investment planned and the period of start of activity, among others.
The Cádiz Free Trade Zone, which plans to carry out a second phase, will also take into account in the selection process the Feder guidelines and regulations and the guidelines set by the Incyde Foundation, taking into account that the project has been developed with the co-financing of Feder Funds, in addition to the collaboration of the Campo de Gibraltar Chamber of Commerce and the Incyde Foundation.
The construction work of these 14 warehouses began in summer and is the result of the collaboration agreement signed with the Campo de Gibraltar Chamber of Commerce and the Incyde Foundation.
The 14 warehouses that make up the business incubator, which are intended to promote the entrepreneurial fabric of the Region, have an area of between 212 and 226 m2 with a mezzanine and you can opt for one of them from 371 euros per month.
