The Free Trade Zone of Cádiz has launched the Public Offer to access the lease of the facilities that make up the new Horizonte Business Center in Vejer de la Frontera, a call that will remain open until next Wednesday, December 16 and which can be accessed through the website www.zonafrancacadiz.com.
The building, for which 28 requests for information have been received during previous contacts made by the Commercial Department, has 15 offices on the first floor of 17.63 m2 that can be contracted for €145/month once the additional bonuses have been applied, since interested parties can access discounts on rental income of 20% in the first year and 10% in the second. All rates for offices include complete furniture, cleaning, and expenses for common areas.
Likewise, three offices of 40 m2 and 59.13 m2 are planned on the same floor, one of them designed to provide the coworking service, in which young entrepreneurs will be able to start their activity in an equipped office for €50/month, in which they will share space with other professionals, being able to create synergies that provide added value to their companies. In addition, the building has 6 premises on the ground floor of 51 m2 and a semi-basement premises of 313 m2.
