Brace Up S.L. is the winner of the works, for an award amount of 139,580 euros (VAT not included) and an execution period of one month
The objective is to prepare the premises, on the ground floor, for offices in order to facilitate their commercialization, offering greater quality and comfort to their users.
The works are co-financed by funds requested in the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013
The Free Trade Zone of Cádiz is going to undertake adaptation works such as offices of four premises located on the ground floor of its office building and Business Center “Las Salinas”, located in the Las Salinas Commercial Park, in Puerto de Santa María.
These works are necessary since the building was built in 2005, leaving the five ground floor premises raw for later adaptation based on a specific use. In these years, only one of the premises has been converted into an office, number 5, so it is premises 1, 2, 3 and 4 that will be converted into offices with the execution of these works. The main objective is to facilitate its commercialization and adapt it to the characteristics and comfort of other Free Trade Zone spaces in the same building or in others with similar characteristics such as Heracles or Europa, or recently created ones such as the San Agustín building in Jerez; the Arcis building, in Arcos; or the Iro Business Center, in Chiclana.
The works, which were put out to tender on November 3, have been awarded for an amount of 139,580 euros (VAT not included) to Brace Up S.L., which represents a decrease of 8.20% compared to the tender budget which amounted to 152,046.04 euros (VAT not included). The works are co-financed by funds requested within the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013 and have an execution period of one month.
The adaptation project includes the conditioning of all installations – electrical, data and air conditioning – as well as the repair of the roof skylight. The premises, two of them with an area of 111 m2, another of 96 m2 and another of 80 m2, are accessed from inside the “Las Salinas” building through a central patio.
