Those interested in settling in the new San Agustín Business Center of the Cádiz Free Trade Zone in Jerez can now opt for its offices and offices since the Consortium has opened the Public Offer OP 5/15 for the commercialization of company buildings that have been launched this year, in addition to Jerez, in Algeciras; in Chiclana; in Arches; and in Vejer, whose completion is scheduled for the end of the year.
The offer for the 55 offices and offices located in the main building and in the Las Caballerizas annex building was launched on December 1 and ends on December 16 at 2:00 p.m., with the opening of offers scheduled for December 17.

Although the opening of this Public Offer in force these days is the starting signal for the commercialization of the available spaces, the Commercial Department of Zona Franca has maintained direct contact with more than 60 interested parties since last summer since the works on this facility have been completed in stages during 2015 - in spring the Las Caballerizas building was completed and last October the main building -, forming an emblematic building in the heart of the city, which combines tradition and modernity.
The Public Offer includes in detail the marketing conditions of this business complex of approximately 4,500 m2, in which 55 offices are distributed with measurements between 15 and 94 m2, which adapt to the needs of businessmen and who can opt for them from 180 euros per month for smaller spaces, once an additional bonus of up to 20% has been applied depending on the characteristics and needs during the first year.
The spaces are sold fully furnished, include cleaning and reception service and have Internet connection and air conditioning. Specifically, there are a total of 42 offices of between 17 and 94 m2 in the main cloister and 13 offices of between 15 and 53 m2 in the Las Caballerizas Annex building.
