Free Zone launches the public offer for the marketing of the Nexus building in Algeciras

The public tender, open since December 1, ends on December 16 at 2:00 p.m., with the opening of offers on the 17th.

The ZF Commercial department has already assisted more than 35 interested parties in the Nexus offices and offices, which are sold fully furnished and with a parking space on a subscription basis.

The selection criteria to access one of the spaces will assess the innovative nature of the projects and the creation of direct employment

The Free Zone of Cádiz has opened the Public Offer OP 5/15 for the commercialization of company buildings that have been launched this year: Nexus building, in Algeciras; San Agustín building and Las Caballerizas annex building, in Jerez; Iro business center, in Chiclana; Arcis business center, in Arcos; and the horizon building, in Vejer, whose completion is scheduled for the end of the year.

The offer for the 36 offices and 2 premises that are marketed in the Nexus Business Center in Algeciras was launched on December 1 and ends on December 16 at 2:00 p.m., with the opening of offers scheduled for December 17. The bases of the Offer, whose information is available through the Contractor Profile on the website www.zonafrancacadiz.com, state that for the evaluation of offers and the selection of applicants, criteria such as the innovative nature of the projects and the creation of direct employment will be taken into account, in addition to the volume of investment and the start date of the activity.

Although the opening of this Public Offer is the starting signal for the commercialization of the available spaces in this modern building, the Commercial Department of the Tax Institution has attended to more than 35 interested parties in recent months with whom it has had direct contact since last summer in several pre-marketing sessions, so it is expected that the building will have a high occupancy percentage once the offer is finalized.

It should be remembered that the Nexus Business Center, located on a 4,000 m2 plot on Avenida Juan Pérez Arriete, next to the Algeciras Chamber of Commerce, is a modern business building with three floors and a basement, with a total area of ​​8,445.59 m2, which includes a parking lot with capacity for 87 vehicles in the basement. This important offer of spaces for entrepreneurs and liberal professionals has facilities that are sold fully furnished, cleaning and the use of a parking space on a subscription basis are included.

The surfaces of the offices and offices range between 24 m2 and 2,178 m2, all high-quality spaces with air conditioning and Internet access that adapt to the different needs of entrepreneurs in the area, with very competitive rental prices to start the activity, from 209 euros per month, once an additional bonus of up to 20% has been applied depending on the characteristics and needs during the first year.

By floor, on the ground floor there are nine offices from 50 to 299 m2; On the first floor, businessmen and young entrepreneurs have the possibility of opting for spaces from 24 m2 to offices of 70 m2; and on the second floor, high quality spaces are offered from 63 to 237 m2. In all cases, the facilities can be adapted to the needs of the users. On the first floor there are also two premises of 168 and 124 m2 available.

The Nexus Business Center, completed last year, has involved an investment of 6.5 million euros, co-financed by funds requested within the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013.
