A total of 18 companies submitted to the Public Offer to carry out these works that the Consortium put out to tender on November 13 after the approval of the Executive Committee. The deadline for submitting offers ended on Monday, November 23.
The facilities of the Poniente Business Park Business Center building, next to the Interior Precinct of the Free Trade Zone, are more than twenty years old and present notable deterioration in their façade and common areas, due to the passage of time.
In this way, the Free Trade Zone will work on technical and constructive solutions that improve habitability and facilitate operation for users, providing better aesthetics and comfort in line with other nearby buildings built by the Consortium such as the Europa Building, Heracles Building, etc.
The improvement project includes, among other works, replacing the existing flooring with compact stoneware, painting the façade, sealing windows and a comprehensive renovation of the common areas, toilets and modules.
