Las obras, con un presupuesto de 643.624,81 euros (IVA no incluido), están cofinanciadas por fondos requested in the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013
Once empresas han presentado ofertas para ejecutar las obras de rehabilitación del Edificio Atlas del Recinto Interior de la Zona Franca de Cádiz, equipamiento construido en los años 90 y que necesitaba de mejoras para adecuarlo a las características y el confort de otros edificios cercanos ejecutados por el Consorcio, tales como el Heracles o el Europa. El plazo de presentación de las ofertas finalizó el jueves 12.
Una vez recibidas las ofertas, se abre ahora el proceso de calificación de las mismas, siguiendo los requisitos exigidos en el pliego. De todo el procedimiento se dará cuenta en tiempo y forma a través del Perfil del Contratante de la web www.zonafrancacadiz.com.
Las obras, financiadas por fondos solicitados en el Marco del Programa Operativo FEDER de Andalucía 2007-2013, cuentan con un presupuesto base de licitación de 643.624,81 euros (IVA no incluido).

The rehabilitation project includes replacing the façade cladding, which has deteriorated over time, in addition to the staircase enclosure structure, which has lost its insulating properties over the years.
The air conditioning system, the automatic control system of the facilities, the current lighting fixtures will also be replaced with LED lighting fixtures, the installation of photovoltaic panels and the improvements that result in energy efficiency, among other improvements.
