The company Friking Design S.L., dedicated to the production of its own brand of clothing that it sells through franchises, is going to install itself in one of the warehouses on the Altadis plot, owned by Zona Franca since this summer in the context of the project to expand the tax area of the Cadiz capital.
Friking Design was awarded the Public Offer whose prices and contracting conditions were approved by the Executive Committee on June 26, 2015 and published in the Contractor's Profile on the Cádiz Free Trade Zone website. www.zonafrancacadiz.com.
Specifically, the company, which is the leading franchise in Europe in the sale of t-shirts, is going to install itself in the warehouse called “International Palletization Center.” During the first year it will occupy 2,305 m2, a surface that will increase progressively until reaching 3,688 m2 in the third year.
From these Free Zone facilities, Frinking Design covers its space needs since it is in a process of expanding and diversifying its products, which forces them to expand their logistics and distribution center in Cádiz.
It should be remembered that the 150,000 m2 of the former tobacco factory acquired by the Free Trade Zone are waiting for the General Directorate of Customs to grant provisional approval as a tax area for the land that belonged to the former tobacco company.
