The State delegate in the Free Trade Zone, Jorge Ramos, spoke today at the “Ser Entrepreneurs” Conference, organized by Cadena Ser and held at the Parador Atlántico, focused on satisfying the communication needs of businesspeople.

Jorge Ramos, who opened one of the sessions held on the closing day of the event, was convinced that businessmen and, specifically, entrepreneurs, are the true architects of economic growth, since without businesspeople companies are not created, which are the real drivers of the economy and job creators.

The head of the Cádiz Consortium expressed his confidence that this type of meeting favors the increase in the competitiveness of SMEs, while explaining the work carried out by the Free Trade Zone Consortium to favor and provide SMEs and entrepreneurs with equipment, services and financing tools that enhance their implementation and growth. And to achieve this purpose, Zona Franca is immersed in a major project that will place it in the next 3-4 years as the first economic focus of the province: Its expansion and extension to new tax precincts in the province, which is already taking shape in Cádiz and Los Barrios, with 140,000 and 150,000 m2 more respectively.

The “Ser Empresarios” program has been carried out for years throughout Spain and its objective is the development of SMEs in our country, to provide them with new business opportunities, through an effective marketing plan, networking sessions (expansion of contact networks), training and business advice.

The sessions were held on Wednesday and Thursday at the Parador Atlántico and were attended by Jean Marc Colanesi, ESIC professor and expert in Marketing, Brand Management and Communication, who explained details about business branding and Communication techniques focused on small businesses.
