The State delegate in the Free Trade Zone, Jorge Ramos, visited last week the works of the Business Center that the Cádiz Institution is developing on Buenavista Avenue in Vejer de la Frontera and which are already 85% completed, so the work will be completed before the end of the year.
With this new Free Zone building, Vejer will have modern equipment, designed and designed for young businessmen and entrepreneurs in the municipality to develop their activity and project themselves in a modern and professional work environment, reactivating and consolidating the business fabric of the municipality and the area.
This action will be complemented with the construction on the same plot and on an area of 1,816 m2 of a sports complex, with two covered paddle tennis courts, a bio-healthy park and a gym, which will give added value to the entire area.
At the same time, the Free Trade Zone is working on the pre-marketing of the facilities by holding information days in the municipality with businessmen and professionals to inform them of conditions and prices.
The Business Center will have 15 offices on the first floor measuring 17.63 m2 which can be contracted for €145/month once the additional bonuses are applied, since interested parties can access bonuses on rental income of 20% the first year depending on the characteristics and needs of the company. All rates for offices include complete furniture, cleaning, IBI and common area expenses.
Likewise, three 40 m offices are planned on the same floor.2 y 59,13 m2, one of them designed to provide the coworking service, in which young entrepreneurs will be able to start their activity in an equipped office for €50/month, in which they will share space with other professionals, being able to create synergies that provide added value to their companies. .
In addition, the building has 6 premises on the ground floor measuring 51 m.2 which can be rented for €250/month and a 313 m semi-basement premises2, which can be rented for €1,002/month with the first year's bonus. The building is completed with a 660 m premises2 for municipal services.
