Manzano Constructions SL. will carry out the work, which has a completion period of two and a half months
The project includes a 565 m2 business incubator, with 20 offices, a meeting room and a training room, among other services, within the set of nest warehouses built by Zona Franca.
This action, which will involve an investment of 349,285 euros, comes to light after the signing of the agreement signed last May between Jorge Ramos and Miguel Urraca, president of the CEEI, with the aim of providing accommodation to companies and entrepreneurs who start their activity in some advantageous conditions
The works, for which five companies opted, are co-financed by funds requested in the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013
The Cádiz Free Trade Zone Consortium has awarded Construcciones Manzano SL. the works for the adaptation of warehouse 28 - included in the set of warehouses promoted by the Consortium in the Villa De Rota Industrial Estate - for use as the Business Center of the CEEI Bahía de Cádiz Foundation.
The award amount amounts to 275,830.41 euros (VAT not included), which represents a 21% decrease compared to the tender budget of 349,285.06 euros (VAT not included). A total of 5 companies opted for the work, which has a completion period of two and a half months. The works are co-financed by funds requested within the Framework of the FEDER Operational Program of Andalusia 2007-2013.
The new Business Center will house entrepreneurs and liberal professionals who start their activity in very advantageous conditions, generating economic activity and employment in the city.
It is worth remembering that this project is carried out thanks to the institutional collaboration that materialized with the signing last May of an agreement between the State delegate in the Free Trade Zone, Jorge Ramos, and the president of the CEEI Bahía de Cádiz, Miguel Urraca, for which the Foundation will be installed in the aforementioned warehouse 28 and Zona Franca will carry out the adaptation works.
The project includes the installation of the CEEI incubator on an area of 565 m2, distributed on the ground and first floors, with 20 offices of between 10.49 m2 and 25.16 m2 to provide accommodation for companies and entrepreneurs. The Center also plans to offer services and use of complementary infrastructure to the accommodation, such as meeting rooms of 10.49 m2 and a training room of 30.09 m2, as well as the implementation of the services from the CEEI Foundation catalog in the town of Rota. .
