Jorge Ramos and Juan Casanova are studying ways of collaboration after the agreement signed by the City Council and the Ministry of Agriculture for the transfer of plots of La Almoraima
Technicians from the Consortium will visit Castellar to analyze urban details for future projects in the municipality
The delegate of the Cádiz Free Trade Zone, Jorge Ramos, met yesterday morning with the mayor of Castellar de la Frontera, Juan Casanova, who visited the Consortium's Headquarters accompanied by his deputy mayor Pilar Lobato, after at the beginning of September he signed an agreement with the Ministry of Agriculture by which plots belonging to La Almoraima are transferred to Castellar.
The meeting is the first contact since the first mayor took office and after the signing of the agreement that will allow him to have, as a transfer to the municipality, two plots totaling 24 hectares.
Jorge Ramos and Juan Casanova analyzed possible avenues for collaboration and committed to signing a protocol of intentions for the development of future actions, in the line of cooperation between institutions carried out by the Cádiz Free Trade Zone with different town councils and entities, in order to promote economic and business activity and job creation.
In this way, technicians from the Consortium will visit Castellar de la Frontera in the coming days to study urban details of the land and determine the business needs of the area to properly channel the projects to be developed.
