The bishop has signed the Consortium's Book of Honor.
Jorge Ramos explained to Monsignor José Mazuelos the way the Consortium operates as the Institution that it is, closely linked to Cádiz society since its birth, and the work that the Consortium does to promote the economy and contribute to the creation of much-needed employment.
