Meeting between Free Zone Technicians and the City Council for the Development of the Business Center

Both institutions will begin work next week to specify the details of the new equipment that will allow bidding for the drafting of the project.

The building will have an area of ​​between 5,000 and 6,000 m2 intended for entrepreneurs and already consolidated companies.

 

Technicians from the Free Trade Zone of Cádiz and the La Línea City Council will begin to work together next week, specifically on Wednesday the 2nd, to develop the Business Center in that town, the result of the agreement signed last Monday between the State delegate, Jorge Ramos, and the first mayor of La Línea, Juan Franco.

Both institutions will hold a technical meeting to analyze the characteristics of the land, as well as various details of the new business center that will be carried out on an unbeatably located land, on a plot of about 4,000 square meters, classified as reserved equipment for urban planning purposes, which is in the heart of La Línea and just 200 meters from Gibraltar.

The Free Zone intends to expedite the work as much as possible in order to be able to issue the public call to tender the drafting of the project this last quarter of the year. In this way, works could begin in the first quarter of 2016.

The La Línea Business Center will be an important facility for the municipality, with the same quality characteristics and services as those that the Free Zone has spread throughout the province, promoting entrepreneurial activity and offering quality facilities to the business community in the area.

The building will have a surface area of ​​between 5,000 and 6,000 square meters, of which 40% will be allocated to entrepreneurs under very advantageous conditions, facilities that have received immediate response from the business community in other municipalities such as Cádiz, Algeciras, Arcos or Vejer, where the Free Trade Zone has facilities of this type. The other 60% of the business center will be dedicated to established companies and liberal professionals.

The building will have offices, offices, meeting and coworking rooms, a service for which an office is available from 50 euros per month, sharing a room with other businessmen, a product that is widely accepted among younger businessmen.

The Cádiz Free Trade Zone has extensive experience in this type of equipment. Its model of Business Centers with fully furnished offices and offices and with very advantageous prices for entrepreneurs has expanded throughout the province in the last three years and will increase its offer at the end of this year, going from 47,665.52 m2 available in the 11 buildings already in operation today to a total of 58,281.41 m2. Once all the works underway have been completed and with 14 buildings open and at full capacity in the first quarter of 2016, the Cadiz Free Trade Zone will have the largest network of Business Centers not only in the province, but also in all of Andalusia.
